Colour steel, coated tile and decramastic roofs do not require Silicone.

Silicone Sealing to Walls

Silicone sealing is applied to Brick, Summerhill stone, Oamaru stone and Concrete block.

Silicone sealing prevents general water absorption to walls preventing moisture from entering.

If the exterior of your home has moss and mould on the walls we recommend water blasting the walls before Silicone is applied this can be carried out by us for a small additional fee.
